Fees and Payment:

• Sliding scale available for those with limited income
• $150 per individual, 60 minute session
• $125 per individual, 45 minute session

I have chosen not to accept insurance at this time. However, many insurance plans will reimburse you for a percentage of the fee you pay for therapy for out-of-network providers like myself. I will supply you with the form necessary to get reimbursed if you would like to pursue this. Keep in mind that insurance providers require that I disclose aspects of your treatment and assign you a diagnosis to justify coverage. It is your responsibility to inquire about your out-of-network coverage with your insurance company.

I accept cash, credit/debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) and HSA’s. Unless other arrangements have previously been made, payment is due at the time of the session. A full 24-hour notice of cancellation is required to avoid charges.
